KRONPLATZ – THE KING OF THE DOLOMITES

In South Tyrol, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage of the Dolomites, a mountain bike area of unparalleled class awaits you. Kronplatz is the legendary centerpiece that sets the rhythm of our heartbeat with 360° Alpine panoramas, plenty of downhill fun and trail enjoyment.

Nature determines the trails, your heart determines the direction. The adrenaline rush on the slopes of Kronplatz or would you prefer a gentle ride in the valley? What will it be today?

4 MTB areas under one crown

Four mountain bike areas – MTB Area Antholz, Skills Park Cir in St. Vigil, Kids Area Panorama and the new MTB Skill Area in Olang – all under one roof. How could it be any different when the MTB dream areas of San Vigilio, Olang and Bruneck come together here? Here you can improve your technique and skills before venturing onto the Dolomite trails and alpine tours. Because “trails, trails, trails,” that’s the motto at the Bikepark Kronplatz. Short, long, steep, flat, with roots, stones, other obstacles or just plain smooth: everyone will find their personal signature trail in the region here. From the sun-drenched summit of the legendary local mountain – accessible on four sides via direct elevator connections – six dream trails start back downhill.

Impressive mountain panorama included. The easy Dragon Trail sounds spicy, but is very well-behaved, and after two km takes you up a gently sloping slope to the middle station Olang 1+2. The 6 km Gassl Trail is built yet natural. It stretches down the eastern slope with numerous turns, easy jumps and varied lines. On the two shorter singletrails even beginners can earn their Dolomite spurs. Around Kronplatz it’s fun for everyone, both beginners and advanced riders experience a lot of downhill fun here… Maybe something for you too!
