Cycling in Luxembourg

With approximately 600 km of marked cycling routes and 700 km of mountain biking trails, our neighboring country, Luxembourg, is a true paradise for cyclists. Beyond the capital, the varied landscape—with its hills, forests, rock formations, vineyards, rivers, castles, and beautiful historic towns and villages—offers a stunning setting for cycling. And there are plenty of challenges for gravel riders as well.

Free public transportation makes it easy to get around the entire country. And the 20 Bike + Rail routes from station to station connect seamlessly with that public transportation. At the end of your route, you’ll always find a place to stay bearing the Bed+Bike label. And the delicious traditional national dishes, paired with a fitting drink, are a wonderful way to end a day of cycling in the Grand Duchy.

All the information, including the handy fold-out bike map and the VisitLuxembourg app, can be found at www.visitluxembourg.com/experience-luxembourg/nature-outdoors/cycling
